These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of www.firstaidcpr.in (the “Website”) and to training programmes and products provided by Eduforce Training LLP (“Eduforce”, “we”, “us”). By using the Website, enrolling in a programme or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Use of the Website

  • You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and not to attempt to disrupt, damage or gain unauthorised access to it.
  • Information you submit through our forms must be accurate and your own (or provided with the permission of the person concerned).
  • We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the Website at any time without notice.

2. Training programmes

  • Course details, schedules, venues and fees shown on the Website are for information and may change. Your booking is confirmed only when we confirm it in writing (email or message) and, where applicable, receive payment.
  • Participants must attend the full programme and successfully complete the required assessments to receive a certificate. Certificates issued by or with accrediting bodies are subject to those bodies’ rules.
  • Participants must follow the trainer’s safety instructions during practical sessions and inform us in advance of any medical condition that may affect participation.
  • We may reschedule or cancel a programme for reasons such as low enrolment, trainer unavailability or circumstances beyond our control. In that case we will offer an alternative date, as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

3. Products and orders

  • Product images and descriptions are for illustration; actual products may vary slightly in colour, packaging or specification as supplied by the manufacturer.
  • Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Applicable taxes and delivery charges are shown at checkout or confirmed before dispatch. Some products are “price on request” and are sold against a written quotation.
  • An order is accepted only when we confirm it. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or a price was listed in error.
  • Delivery, cancellations and damaged items are covered by our Shipping & Delivery Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Payments

Payments are accepted by bank transfer, cheque or cash on delivery (where offered), or as agreed in our quotation or invoice. For corporate training, payment terms are as stated in the agreed proposal or purchase order.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the Website and in our training materials, including text, images, logos, course content and videos, belongs to Eduforce or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Information on the Website is provided for general guidance and is not a substitute for professional medical advice or hands-on training; see our Disclaimer. To the extent permitted by law, Eduforce is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Website or our services, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the programme or product concerned.

7. Privacy

Your personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies from its “Last updated” date.
