  • Training records: details needed to register you for a course and issue a certificate, such as name, organisation, contact details and attendance/assessment results.
  • Information collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and similar usage data collected through cookies and analytics tools.

We do not ask for sensitive personal data through the Website. Payments for shop orders are made by bank transfer, cheque or cash on delivery; we do not collect or store card details on this Website.
