Shipping & Delivery Policy

This policy applies to products ordered from the shop on www.firstaidcpr.in.

1. Where we deliver

We deliver across India. For locations outside India, please contact us for a quotation.

2. Dispatch and delivery time

• In-stock items are usually dispatched within 3–5 working days of order confirmation (and payment, for prepaid orders).
• Delivery normally takes a further 3–7 working days depending on your location. Large items (such as stretchers, evacuation chairs and oxygen cylinders) and items ordered from the manufacturer may take longer; we will tell you the expected timeline when confirming your order.
• Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays or circumstances beyond our control.

3. Shipping charges

Shipping charges depend on the product size, weight and delivery location. They are shown at checkout or confirmed with you before dispatch.

4. Tracking

Once your order is dispatched we will share the courier and tracking details by email or phone.

5. Receiving your order

Please check the package on delivery. If it is visibly damaged, note it on the delivery receipt where possible and inform us within 48 hours, as set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
